Yes. GestãoFlow is modular: you subscribe individually to Incidents, Tasks, Performance Review or Competencies for R$39.90/month, and the company starts with capacity for 200 employees, 20 managers and 5 administrators.
No. Employees, departments and history stay in the platform's shared database. The new module finds this information ready to go.
The base capacity of any subscription covers 200 employees, 20 managers and 5 administrators. When you hit the limit, the Employees screen offers an expansion: the Master Administrator increases the subscription quantity under Plans and all limits grow in the same proportion, with billing adjusted accordingly.
The Basic versions cover the essentials for one person or a small team, with no expiration. GestãoFlow adds the corporate layer: methodology (6Ms and CBO), access governance, audit trail, executive reports and integration between modules.
The integration is native, via API. When a candidate is hired in the ContrataFlow pipeline, the employee is created in GestãoFlow with their department and position already set, and receives an email to set their password. In the other direction, ContrataFlow looks up the org chart, job profile requirements and competency reviews — no retyping on either side.
