Privacy policy

This policy explains, in simple terms, which personal data the Focel website receives, what it is used for and how you can exercise your rights, in accordance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law No. 13,709/2018).

It applies to this website. Focel's software (GestãoFlow, ContrataFlow, ProjetaFlow, Consultor Financeiro and the free tools) has its own terms of use and privacy policy, available within each system.

2. What data we receive

The website has no sign-up or login area. The only personal data you send us is what you fill in on the contact forms:

• name, company, email and phone/WhatsApp;
• the subject or challenge you choose and the message you write.

This data is not stored on the website. When you click send, we open Focel's WhatsApp with the message already filled in. The data only reaches us if you send that message. From then on, the conversation is recorded on WhatsApp, a Meta service.

3. What we use it for

• to reply to your inquiry and answer questions;
• to prepare proposals, quotes and demos you request;
• to arrange bookings of our rooms for rent.

Processing is based on responding to your request prior to a possible contract and on our legitimate interest in replying to those who contact us (art. 7, items V and IX, of the LGPD). We do not use your data for other purposes and we do not sell it.

4. Third-party services on the website

Some parts of the website are loaded from external services:

• YouTube — videos embedded in the pages;
• Google Maps — map of our headquarters on the contact page;
• Google Calendar — booking calendar on the room rental page;
• Google Analytics — visit statistics, only with your permission (see item 5);
• Google Fonts and code libraries (jsDelivr, unpkg, Tailwind, cdnjs) — fonts, icons and visual resources;
• Instagram, Facebook and YouTube — only links to our profiles.

When loading this content, your browser connects to these services, which may receive technical data such as your IP address and apply their own privacy policies.

5. Cookies and Google Analytics

The website does not use advertising cookies. With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand, in aggregate, which pages are visited and how many people click to contact us on WhatsApp or to create an account in our software. It is only activated if you click "Accept" on the cookie notice; if you decline, nothing is loaded. Your choice is saved in your browser.

The third-party services listed above, such as Google and YouTube, may use their own cookies when their content is displayed.

6. How long we keep it

Conversations received via WhatsApp are kept for as long as necessary to serve you and to meet legal obligations. You can request deletion at any time through the channel listed below.

7. Your rights

Under art. 18 of the LGPD, you may request, at any time:

• confirmation that we process your data and access to it;
• correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
• anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data;
• information about whom we share your data with;
• deletion of data processed with your consent and withdrawal of that consent.
