The Focel identity
Born from consulting, driven by results
In 2001, engineer Marco Antonio Fernandes de Oliveira began providing Business Management consulting services to companies in Santa Cruz do Sul and the surrounding region. That is how Fernandes de Oliveira Consultoria Empresarial Ltda. — FOCEL — came to be.
The success of its consulting services drove the company's growth. Focusing on distinctive management competencies and serving everything from micro-businesses to large organizations, Focel began to gain recognition at the regional, state and even national level.

In April 2013, Focel completed the expansion of its facilities. A new executive training room, two support rooms and other spaces were created, used for training, client needs and rentals to companies in the region.
Another major step forward was adding to our services the use of Gerent Software, developed by partner Marco with support from CNPq, UNISC and IS2 Sistemas de Informação (Parobé, RS), to equip clients with tools able to absorb the management practices taught in our consulting and courses.

In 2023, Focel took a new step and began combining technology with everything it does. The idea goes way back: Gerent Software had already shown that a good management practice only lasts when it becomes part of the team's routine.
Today, in addition to consulting and training, Focel develops its own management software and builds tailored solutions for each company: custom systems, Power BI dashboards, process automation and AI agents.
